Floaties

Listening to some smooth Ministry beats last night as I drove home to Sydney from the sunny shores of the Noosa River I contemplated how some music pleases while other music increases shoulders muscle tension. Even deeper my thoughts went. Why does some music have a soothing effect for some people while concurrently agitating others?

After musing on and off for 4 hours of video-game-like highway night driving I came to a resolution. Music waves hit people at different times. While one person is riding the top of the wave, someone else is at the bottom of the trough.

As long as you keep listening to the tunes that keep your boat afloat you don't have to worry about other people's musical waves crashing down and swamping your ride.

it took you 4 hours to get from Noosa to Sydney? Good grief!
